What is your fee structure for Executive and Professional Search?

We work exclusively on retained search mandates – ensuring mutual commitment.

The fee is split into two parts: an initial engagement fee and a final payment upon successful placement.

When should a company consider Outsourced Talent Acquisition (OTA), and what is it?

OTA is the right solution when in-house recruiting reaches its limits – for example, during growth phases, capacity gaps or interim needs. We step in and take over operational recruiting tasks – on an hourly, daily or project basis, fully integrated into your company.

How does the Career Coaching session work?

The session is a 45-minute video call where we discuss your current job situation, refine your resume and LinkedIn profile, and prepare for interviews.
